难治性下呼吸道感染应用纤维支气管镜双套管毛刷诊治的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨难治性下呼吸道感染应用纤维支气管镜双套管毛刷的诊断和治疗方法。方法对358例难治性下呼吸道感染患者的临床和实验室资料进行综合分析。结果应用纤维支气管镜及双套管毛刷取下呼吸道痰液标本,避免了痰标本的污染及细菌死亡。获得了致病菌对药物的敏感性,为合理应用抗生素,防治难治性下呼吸道感染提供了可靠的科学依据。结论通过药敏试验,直接经支气管镜气管内给药,明显提高了对难治性下呼吸道感染治疗的有效率。Objective To approach the diagnosis and treatment method of refractory lower respiratory infection using bronchofibtoscope protected specimen brush. Methods Clinical and laboratory data of 358 cases of such patients were aggregate analyzed. Results To gain sputum of lower respiratory infection patients by the means of bronchofibroscope protected specimen brush can avoid pollution and bacterium death, gain drug sensitivity for pathogenic bacteria and it proved reliable science evidence for reasonable using antibiotics to prevent and cure refractory lower respiratory infection. Conclusion By the way of using susceptibility test and direct administer via bronchoscope, it was obviously improved the effective rate of the treatment of lower respiratory infection.
