改良的带蒂含真皮下血管网薄型髂腹股沟皮瓣在手外科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过对改良的带蒂含真皮下血管网薄型髂腹股沟皮瓣(以下简称改良的髂腹股沟皮瓣)在手外科手术中的应用,进一步完善该皮瓣的应用技巧,丰富临床上在皮肤软组织缺损上的治疗手段和方法。方法以旋髂浅动脉体表投影即腹股沟韧带中点至同侧髂前上棘连线为轴,以选用的血管蒂为轴心,延长两侧的切口,形成皮瓣,修复手部皮肤缺损。结果该皮瓣手术修复手部的创伤和皮肤缺损,疗程提前,外形满意,活动自如。结论改良的髂腹股沟皮瓣,明显缩短治疗周期,降低了住院费用,提高了手术修复治疗,适合临床进一步的推广和应用。Objective Through the modified subdermal thin type groin flappedicled with vascular network （abbreviate： modified groin flap） in the application of hand surgery, further improve the flap application of skills, rich in clinical the means and methods for treatment skin and soft tissue defects. Methods Circumflex iliac artery surface projection that is the midpoint of inguinal ligament, connected to the ipsilateral anterior superior iliac spine as the axle, and with vascular pedicle selected as the axis, extending either side of the incision, formation a flap. Repair of hand skin defect. Results The flap surgery repair of hand trauma and skin defect, Shorten the course of treatment, satisfied with the appearance and functional activities freely. Conclusion Application of modified subdermal thin type groin flap pedicled with vascular network significantly shorten the course of treatment , reduce hospitalization costs, improve surgical repair treatment and for clinical further promotion and application.
