摘　　要：目的探讨双侧脑室引流尿激酶灌注在脑室内出血治疗中的相关问题。方法对38例脑室内出血病人行双侧脑室引流,经引流管注入尿激酶进行纤溶治疗。结果38例中,恢复良好者12例,生活能自理者9例,需人照顾者8例,植物生存者2例,死亡7例。结论双侧脑室外引流及尿激酶治疗脑室内出血效果良好。Objective To discuss the relative problems on bilateral drainage treatment of intraventricular cerebral hemor- rhage with urokinase. Methods 38 cases of such patient were underwent this method and injected in urokinase. Results There were 12 cases of recoverd excellent, 9 cases of self- care, 8 cases of watcher needed, 2 cases of plant men and 7 cases of dead. Conclusion The bilateral drainage and injection of urokinase might have good effect to treat cere- bral hemorrhage.
