潜式减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症临床观察

摘　　要：目的将潜式减压广泛应用于治疗腰椎管狭窄症。方法术中增加横径需潜行凿除部分椎弓根内层皮质、松质骨,只留外层骨板。结果本组426例随访12~18个月,优良率93.4%,无严重合并症发生,仅2例术后残留腰痛,考虑是局部粘连所致。结论潜式减压术不做植骨融合,不破坏脊柱稳定性,且能充分扩大椎管,探查椎间盘及神经根管,值得推广。Objective To discuss the indication of lumbar spinal stenosis with hidden decompression. Methods The transverse diameter had been hidden expanded as inner cortex part of root of arch and cancellous out lamella. Results 426 cases had followed up from 12- 18 months with good curative effect of 93.4% .Only 2 cases had remian back pain that might caused by adhesion. Conclusion This method might expand canalis spinalis and probe disc and nerve root canal without bone graft fusion and stability.
