氟比洛芬酯注射液在防治丙泊酚注射性疼痛中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的应用氟比洛芬酯注射液防止或减少因注射丙泊酚引起的疼痛。方法120例ASA1～2级。采用丙泊酚注射液诱导全麻病人,随机分成3组,每组40例,3组病人的性别、年龄、体重、身高等因素比较,检验氟比洛芬酯注射液的止痛作用,并做统计学分析。结果3组比较差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉注射丙泊酚注射液后,即刻使用氟比洛芬酯效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curitive effect of lurbiprofen injection in the prevention and treatment of pain induced by propofol. Methods 120 cases of general anesthesia patients （ASA grade 1 - 2） , who were applied flur- biprofen injection, were divided into 3 groups. Each group was 40 cases. Sex, age, body weight, height and so on were recorded and analyzed by statistics. Results There are obvious difference in 3 groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Appiing flurbiprofen injection after using propofol instantly has good curative effect and worth to extend.
