摘  要:根据感应钎焊电源的要求设计了由TCA785构成的调压调功电路,它具有功能强、抗干扰性能好、移相范围宽、外围器件少、单一工作电源、调整方便等优点。能满足手动和自动两种工作模式。分析了该电路中存在感性元件时的调试特点,并将它实际应用于感应钎焊电源中。试验结果表明,设计的调压调功电路能够产生功率足够、可连续调节的SCR触发脉冲,保证了感应钎焊电源稳定工作,且相关波形符合要求。所设计调压调功电路具有一定的实用性和经济性。Voltage regulation power circuit based on TCA785 was designed in this paper according to the demands of induction brazing power. It has such advantages as multi-function, well anti-jamming performance, wide range of phase shift, simple peripheral devices, simplex power, convenient adjustment, and so on. It can adopt manual and automotive adjustment modes. Debugging characteristics of the inductive circuit were analyzed, and the circuit was applied to the induction brazing power. The results show that voltage regulation power circuit can come into being trigging pulses that are power enough and can continuous adjustment. The circuit also can ensure the induction brazing power works credibly, and its corresponding waveforms are perfect. So this voltage regulation power circuit is useful and economical.
