摘 要:采用正交实验设计方法,在Gleeble—1500热学力学模拟试验机上模拟现场K16Mn钢连铸—热装炉轧制工艺(CC—DHCR),考察了连铸温度、热装温度、加热温度、加热保温时间、冷却速度和变形温度等因素对K16Mn钢热塑性的影响,从而得到了K16Mn连铸—热装炉轧制的优化工艺,并通过试样断口扫描分析,得到了K16Mn连铸坯在CC-DHCR过程中产生高温脆化的原因,从而找出避免在生产过程中产生开裂的措施,使连铸—连轧得以顺利进行。In this paper,the effect of continuous casting temperature,hot charging temperature,reheating temperature,residence time,cooling rate and deformation temperature on hot ductility of K16Mn has been investigated by means of orthogonal method and simulating the CCDHCR process on the Gleeble1500 thermomechanical simulator.The optimal technology of K16Mn continuous castinghot charge rolling process has been obtained attained.The causes of low ductility have been formed by studying fracture surface with SEM and the measures are proposed to avoid cracking in continuous castinghot charging rolling process.
