塑料模具顶杆用钢65MnV强韧性本质的探讨

摘  要:研究了65MnV钢在淬火和回火条件下的微观结构以及其力学性能随回火温度的变化。结果表明,65MnV钢经840℃淬火、180~220℃回火可获得高的强韧性;并且钢中含有0.1%、直径为10~50nm弥散分布的VC颗粒,奥氏体晶粒平均直径为7.0μm;钢的淬火组织为位错型板条马氏体和分布其间的薄膜状残余奥氏体;低于220℃回火时,钢中只析出2~15nm粗细、长度为30~140nm均匀分布的须状ε碳化物。这些亚结构的配合是65MnV钢具有高强韧性的本质。The dependence of mechanical properties on tempering temperature and the microstructure of ejector pin steel 65MnV after quenching and tempering has been studied in detail.Result shows that a good combination of strength and toughness can be gained after quenching at 840 ℃ and tempering in the range of 180~220 ℃;there is 01 % of undissolved VC with the size of 10~50 nm dispersing in martensite;the average austenite grain size is 70 μm;the fine structure of martensite is of dislocation type with stable retained austenite films observed at the lathe boundries;only εcarbide with the size of 2~15 nm,and the length of 30~140 nm is precipitated after tempering below 220 ℃.The combination of these substructures is the nature of high strength and toughness of 65MnV steel.
