摘　　要：本文在分析高教管理主要内涵的基础上,指出高教管理的自由实践是凸显管理者和被管理者人性意义的审美化实践活动,而且主要可以从人性解放、对话交往、批判反思和道德观照等四方面表现出来。By analyzing the gist of higher education management, the paper points out that the free practice of higher education management is an aesthetic practice which highlights the human significance of higher education managers and the being managed. It is reflected mainly in the practice of human liberation, dialogue, critical reflection and ethical reflection.
