摘　　要：系统地研究了高能离合器式螺旋压力机惯性控制系统的工作原理及控制特性，建立了快速脱开阀调定油压与离合器脱开力之间的逻辑关系。导出了快速脱开阀调定油压与锻件变形功及锻击终锻力之间的解析关系式，为高能离合器式螺旋压力机结构强度设计及打击力控制提供了必要的理论依据。In this paper,principle of work and control character of inertial control system for high energy clutch screw press was systematically excogitatedThe logical relational expression between setup oil pressure of rapid cutoff valve and disjunction force of clutch was establishedThe analytical relational expression among the setup oil pressure of rapid outoff valve,forging deformation work and finishforging force was derivedNecessary theoretical foundation was provided for structure strength design and blow force control of the high energy clutch screw press
