摘　　要：目的对按照2005年版《中国药典》方法配制和标定盐酸滴定液浓度进行不确定度评价。方法通过建立数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素并对各个不确定度的分量进行评估。结果计算各变量的不确定度,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测定结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论建立的不确定度评估方法可用于盐酸滴定液浓度的不确定度。Objective To analyze the uncertainty of concentration of hydrochloric acid volumetric solution prepared and standardized according to the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （editor 2005 ）.Methods The influencing factors of uncertainty were deduced and component of various uncertainty was valuated by establishing mathmatic modeL.Results Each component of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the variable parameters among the procedures.The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.Conclusion The mathematic model of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
