中心静脉导管在结核性胸腔积液中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效。方法对38例结核性胸腔积液患者采用中心静脉导管做胸腔闭式引流,对引流不畅者配合胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗。结果38例患者中30例显效,8例有效,疗效满意,症状改善快,并发症少。结论中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗结核性胸腔积液简便、安全,胸腔积液消失时间短,胸腔积液包裹和胸膜粘连的后遗症较少。Objetive To invest the effects of closed drainage by central venous catheter in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods 38 patients with tuberuclous pleura] effusion were given intrathroracic closed drainage of central venous catheter,the patients with inadequate drainage were injected with urokinase.Results Among the 38 patients,30 case markedly effective,8 cases effective,the clinical efficacy was satisfactory,the symptoms improved rapidly and the patiens had less complications.Conclusion The application of intrathoracic closed drainage of central venous catheter in treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion is convenient and safe,the pleural effusion disappear more quickly,the complication of encapsulated pleura] effusion and pleural adhesion decrease.
