摘  要:对硒(Ⅳ)-KI-结晶紫显色体系进行了较系统的研究,确定了最佳显色条件。该体系在0-20ug/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。摩尔吸光系数ε=2.0x105.测定了中草药黄芪及矿泉水中硒的含量与加标回收率。结果满意。A highly sensitive color system of selenium(Ⅳ)-KI-crystal violet was studied systematically. The optimum condi-*tions and the main characters of the system were determined.Beer's law is obeyed over a range of 0-20ug Se/25ml,and the*apparent molar absorptivty is 2.0x105L·mol-1·cm-1.The color system was used to determine the microamounts of se inHuangqi which is one kind of Chinese herbal medicines and in mineral water. The results were satisfactory.*
