锗(Ⅳ)-邻硝基苯基荧光酮-吐温-80*显色体系的分光光度法研究

摘　　要：研究了在吐温－８０存在下锗与邻硝基苯基荧光酮的显色反应。结果表明，在ＨＣｌ介质中，锗与邻硝基苯基灾光酮形成了灵敏度很高的络合物。其ε＝１．４３ｘ１０５组成比Ｇｅ（Ⅳ）：邻硝基苯基荧光酮＝１：３．在掩蔽剂存在下，可不经分离测定铝合金和阳极泥中的锗，结果令人满意。A new highly sensitive color reaction of germanium(Ⅳ)with 2,6,7-trihydrooxyl-9-(2'nitrophenyl)* -3-fluorone(0-NPF) and Tween-80 has been studied.It is shown that germanium(Ⅳ) can form a complex withthe above mentioned reagent in the medium of HCl.the molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.43 ×105L·mol-1·cm-1 at 518nm.The molar ratio of the Ge(Ⅳ)/o-NPF in the complex is estimated to be 1:3.The*method has been successfully applied to the determination of determination of germanium in aluminum alloy and anode mud without sepa-* ration.
