摘　　要：环-磷酸腺苷(cAMP)作为细胞内第二信使,参与人体多种病理生理活动,调控组织细胞内一系列生理生化过程,从cAMP参与肿瘤细胞增殖分化与细胞凋亡,发热作用,凝血作用,气道反应,应激,心理衰竭等方面来阐述cAMP在人体内的第二信使作用,说明cAMP与疾病的发生发展过程密切相关。CAMP works as the second messenger in intracellular. It is not only participating in the activity of body＇s pathology and physiology but also adjusting and controlling the physiology and biochemistry in the tissue cells. The article describes the function of cAMP as second messenger in seven details,in the tumor cells proliferation and differentiation and cell apoptosis, airway response, the effect of stress, congestive heart failure, regulating the ocular pressure, and proves cAMP has close relation with the development and progression of disease. It is of very important significance to research cAMP,both in basic medicine and clinical therapy.
