摘　　要：介绍了宝钢烧结分厂在优化管理体制后，烧结生产超设计能力，主要技术经济指标达到世界先进水平,劳动生产率逐年提高，烧结生产技术不断发展的情况。After optimization of management system, the sintering production aspect of sinter plant, such as output exceeding the design capacity, the main technical -economical indexes achieving the world advanced level, plant productivity increasing year by year, sintering techncal improving continuously etc. were presented in this paper.
