摘　　要：采用热光弹法对弧形小方坯结晶器的热应力进行了研究。结果表明：内弧、外弧、侧面均在液面下２００ｍｍ处应力最大，并且值得注意的是结晶器的内弧在下部出现应力的二次峰值。此研究结果为结晶器的优化设计提供了科学的依据。The thermal stress in curved mould has been studied by the method of thermallight bullet.The result shows the maximum stress 200mm below the level of the liquid in inside curve,outside curve and side of mould,especially the second maximum below the inside curve of mould merits attention,which provides the scientific basis for optimum mould design.
