摘　　要：中国的独生代有着特殊的心理、行为和消费价值观,这些观念反映在对老龄者的看护问题上有着特殊的表现形式。随着老龄者看护需求的不断增大,传统家庭的看护功能越来越弱化和困难,本文基于相关调查,分析了城市中独生子女核心家庭老龄者的看护现状,并对其看护模式选择提出了建议。笔者认为,解决的根本途径在于,在完善我国养老保险和医疗保障的同时,需要引入看护保险制度的设计。Health on behalf of China＇s independence of special psychological,behavioral and consumer values,and these concepts reflected in the care of the aging issue has a special form of expression.As the care needs of older persons is increasing,the traditional family care function more and more weakened and difficuhies,this paper,based on investigation,analysis of urban one-child nuclear families in the care of aging status quo,and a choice of care model.That the solution lies in the fundamental way to improve China＇s old-age insurance and medical insurance at the same time,the introduction of care insurance system design.
