摘　　要：公务员行政伦理建设在社会主义道德建设中占有非常重要的地位,它直接影响着社会风气的好坏,决定着社会道德水平的高低。因此,分析我国部分公务员行政伦理失范的现象,探究公务员行政伦理失范的成因,对我国公务员行政伦理建设大有裨益。The construction of civil servants＇ administrative ethics occupies a very important position in the building of socialist moral construction of the whole,it has a direct impact on the social atmosphere,and determine the level of social moral standards.The thesis analyzes the phenomenon of civil servants＇ moral problem,explores it＇s causes,this thesis puts forward some valid paths from various perspectives on the construction of civil servants＇ administrative ethics in China.
