摘 要:目的评价氧化锌(ZnO)纳米材料对不同品系小鼠脾淋巴细胞混合培养的影响。方法提取BALB/C和C57BL/6小鼠脾细胞进行混合淋巴细胞培养,通过对细胞增殖率、IL-2水平的检测及电镜观察来研究氧化锌纳米材料对混合淋巴细胞培养的影响。结果氧化锌纳米材料的加入提高了淋巴细胞增殖率及上清液IL-2水平,电镜下可见纳米材料吸附于淋巴细胞表面并促进淋巴细胞间的接触。结论氧化锌纳米材料促进混合淋巴细胞培养中淋巴细胞的增殖,增强了免疫应答的强度。Objective: To evaluate the effects of zinc oxide nano-materials in splenic lymphocytes mixed culture from different strains of mice. Methods: The mixed lymphocytes were cultured after extracting spleen cells from BALB/C mice and C57BL/6 mice.We study the effects of zinc oxide nano-materials in splenic lymphocytes mixed culture by measuring cell proliferation rate and IL-2 and the observing by electron microscope. Results: The addition of ZnO Nano-Materials elevates cell proliferation rate and the level of IL-2 in clear supernatant liquid. We could see Nano- Materials adsorbing to the surface of lymphocytes and promoting contacts between different lymphocytes. Conclusion: ZnO Nano-Materials promotes the proliferation of lymphocytes, and enhances the strength of immune response.
