累托石对稀土氧化物加碳氯化的影响

摘　　要：热力学计算结果表明，在４５０℃～７５０℃区间，可以用氯化钠作为氯化剂，对稀土氧化物进行加碳氯化。实验结果表明，借助累托石的制团作用，在动力学区间反应级数为２／３，符合界面化学反应的动力学特征。介绍了影响氯化反应的其他因素。The thermodynamical computation of rare earth oxide with the addition of carbon has been investigated.It was shown that the chloridizing reaction can realize over the temperature range 450℃～750℃ in the presence of sodium chloride as the solid chlorizating agent.The experimental results have shown that,due to agglomeration of rectorite,the order of this reaction in the kinetic region was 2/3　in correspondence with the kinetic characteristics of the interfacial chemical reaction.The other factor of the effect on the chloridizing reaction has been introduced.
