系统性红斑狼疮细胞阳性与免疫血清学结果165例对比分析

摘　　要：目的了解系统性红班狼疮(SLE)阳性细胞与抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA(ds-DNA)抗体与抗Sm抗体的关系。方法筛选我院2004年1月—2008年12月住院和门诊SLE患者165例,清晨空腹抽取静脉血3ml二支,置于无抗凝剂一次性干燥玻璃试管中,3h内进行红斑狼疮(SLE)细胞的查找,4h内用免疫印迹法(IBT)和间接免疫荧光技术(ⅡF)分别检测抗Sm抗体和ds-DNA抗体、ANA。结果165例患者均查找到SLE阳性细胞,ANA阳性158例,占95.7%、ds-DNA阳性112例,占67.8%、抗Sm抗体阳性51例,占30.9%,三项抗体同时阳性的48例,占21.3%,全部阴性4例,占2.4%。结论红斑狼疮细胞(LEC)对系统性红斑狼疮的诊断具有重要意义,但并没有特异性,以上结果可知检出狼疮细胞并不能完全确诊为系统性红斑狼疮性疾病。Objective To understand the SLE - positive cells with anti- nuclear antibody （ANA）, anti- double- stranded DNA （ds - DNA） antibody, and anti- Sm antibody relationship. Methods Method of screening in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2008 165 cases of inpatient and outpatients, fasting blood samples 3ml, placed in non- anticoagulant dry glass test tube, disposable, 3 hours lupus erythematosus （SLE） cell search, and 4 hours by immuno- blotting （IBT） and indirect immunofluorescence technique （IIF） were detected by anti - Sm antibody and anti - double- stranded DNA antibodies, anti- nuclear antibodies. Results From the results of 165 cases of positive cells in SLE, the immune outcome of nuclear antibody （ANA） 158 Example positive results accounted for 95.7 %. anti- double- stran- ded DNA （dsDNA） antibody- positive 112 cases, accounting for 67.8%, anti- Sm antibody positive 51 cases, accounting for 30. 9% , three positive- positive 48 cases at the same time, accounting for 21.3 %. All four cases of negative 2.4%. Conclusion From the above, we can see that erythematosus cell （SLEC） on lupus diagnosis is of great significance, but there is no specific, the above results indicate that the detection of lupus cells and should not fully diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus disease.
