军医大学创新人才的培养

摘　　要：分析研究了军医大学创新人才的特征、培养途径、创新教育的实施方法,提出要注重培养研究生的个体独立性、加强研究生创业教育、广泛推行创新教育,认为军医大学创新人才培养要采用从以学科为主转变为整体化知识教育为主、从发展智力为中心转变为智力和非智力协调发展、从讲授为主转变为研究生自学为主、从注重硬件平台建设为主转变为平台建设和学术环境建设为主的创新教育实施方法。This paper analyzes the creative talents＇ characteristics, cultivation approaches and implementation measures of innovation-oriented education at military medical universities. It points out that cultivating graduates＇ individual independency, career-oriented education and innovation-oriented education should be focused. It considers that the cultivation of innovative talents at military medical universities should be conducted in 4 aspects： transforming education from discipline-based to integrated knowledgebased, transforming from intelligence-centered development to coordinated development of intelligence and non-intelligence, transforming from lecture-based to self-study-based, and transforming from stressing hardware platform construction to stressing platform construction and academic environment construction.
