摘　　要：首钢炼铁厂对高炉进行的12次喷涂实践表明,遥控喷涂不但可以延长高炉炉衬寿命,而且还可以使高炉保持好的生产指标。为确保喷涂成功,喷涂时应注意以下几个问题:高炉炉墙的清洁,喷涂料的使用量,喷涂方式、耐火材料、喷涂设备和工艺参数的选择。Twelve times gunning jobs to the BFs at the ironmaking plant of Shougang Group Co. showed that remote control gunning could not only prolong the life of BF's lining, but also keep the BF's stable production. Such problems should be considered as the cleaning of the line,the amount of refractory, and the choice of gunning method, refractory, equipment and gunning parametres.
