摘　　要：国民素质的提高,对于中国的未来发展起着至关重要的作用。高校图书馆作为图书馆事业发展和社会文化信息资源的重要来源地,在国民素质的提升中其优势与公共图书馆相比不言而喻。本文中,笔者提出高校图书馆应努力拓展其服务功能,与公共图书馆共建和谐阅读环境,并提出其可行性与措施,期望能够对高校图书馆今后发展路径的增加具有一定的指导意义。It is critical for China＇s development in the future to improve the national quality. Compared with the public libray, the library of university, which is one of important resources of the library development and the social culture information, obviously has the prior advantage to improve the national quality. The paper brought forward that the library of university should try the best to widen its service function and establish harmonious reading environment together with public library, and put forward the feasibility and the measures to do so. It is expected that the paper would guide the development of university library in future.
