摘　　要：近年来,对知识管理的研究已成为图书馆界研究的热点。本文在分析知识管理思想内涵的基础上,阐述了图书馆知识管理的内容和知识服务的特征,并对图书馆知识服务的实现提出建议。In recent years, the research on knowledge management has become increasingly popular both at home and aboard, and a great amount of relevant articles have been released. Therefore, it turns out to be a rare hot spot in the field of library research. Based on the explanation of the meaning of knowledge management, the author expounded the content of knowledge management of libraries, then analysed the characterisfc of knowledge service of libraries. Subsequently, some practical tactics on how to implement knowledge service of libraries were discussed.
