摘　　要：高校毕业生个人文献信息资源的再利用,是目前高校图书馆工作值得探讨重视的问题。笔者对本校研究生读者问卷调查后,遵循图书馆以人为本的服务理念,分析了毕业生图书捐赠心理。针对具体问题,研究和提出了建立高校大学生个人文献资源再利用的方式与对策。The problem of recycling reference resources of university graduate is worthy of being discussed and paid attention to by university library. After dealing with the investigating-questionnaires which pointed to the postgraduate, the author obeyed the service theory of people foremost, analyzed the mind of those graduates who donate books. According to the special problems, the methods and countermeasures for estabhshing the recycling of reference resources of university students.
