发热门诊护理对漱口液流感监测的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨漱口液流感监测护理，及时发现流感病毒变异株，采取有效预防控制措施。方法回顾总结581例漱口液流感监测护理方法及护理要点，全面准确地评估患者病情，细致地选择监测病例，采集前作心理护理及采集流程指导，对采集中可能发生安全隐患，制定相关护理措施，并提出检测中漱口液应当在咽喉部含漱停顿数秒钟，以提高效果，采样时护理人员应注重防护。结果581例漱口液流感监测，过程顺利，患者配合，无不适感觉，无并发症发生。结论在漱口液流感监测护理中，通过严格筛选病例，开展患者心理护理及采集流程指导等环节，能提高漱口液流感监测的准确度，以达到流感疫情预测效果的目的。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on influenza monitoring of collutory for finding the influenza virus variant promptly. Methods The data of collutory that were used for influenza monitoring were summarized from 581 cases, and method and key points of nursing care during collutory collection were investigated. Results 581 cases were detected collutory influenza monitoring with coordination, no uncomfortable feelings and no complication. Conclusion To achieve the purpose of epidemic situation predication of influenza, the case of illness must be selected strictly. We launch the mental nursing for patients and procedure guidance to sampling to enhance accuracy of monitoring collutory influenza. We should emphasize the protection of collection staff.
