摘　　要：目的了解助理护士的心理健康状况，分析其影响因素，提出相应的防护对策。方法采用中国护士职业压力量表及SCL-90症状自评量表对我院78位助理护士进行问卷调查。结果80％以上的助理护士存在不同程度的心理健康问题。结论护理管理者应重视助理护士的心理健康，减轻助理护士的工作压力，助理护士应加强自身的心理素质培养，提高心理适应能力。Objective To get to know the psychological state of attendant, to analyze their influencing factors and put forward the correspondent effective strategy.Methods 78 assistant nurses in our hospital were investigated by Chinese nurse professional pressure meter and the SCL-90 symptom self-estimate scale. Results More than 80% assistant nurse have the varying degree of psychologically problem. Conclusion Nurse superintendent is supposed to attach importance to assistant nurses＇ psychologically health, reduces their working pressure, on the other hand, assistant nurses should strengthen their own psychological diathesis and adaptiveness.
