摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究了不同尿素施用量对上海青小白菜产量、硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明:上述3项指标均随着尿素用量的增加而增加,与对照相比,差异极为显著。从保证产量、减少成本和降低硝酸盐污染综合考虑,尿素施用量控制在30~33.7kg/667m2为宜。Using pot-cultivated Pakchoi var. Shanghaiqing, effect of urea applying rate on the Pakchoi output, content of nitrate, nitrate reductase activity, and the content of nitric in Pakchoi was studied. The result showed that the Pakchoi output, content of nitrate, nitrate reductase activity, and the content of nitric in Pakchoi increased with the increase of urea consumption. Compared with the control, the difference was extremely significantly. Comprehensively considering the increasing of the output of Pakchoi and the decreasing of the nitrate pollution, the proper urea consumption should be 30 - 33.7kg/667m^2.
