奥林匹克人文精神的消解与复归

摘　　要：奥林匹克人文精神决定了奥林匹克运动是一项具有独特魅力、值得追求的人类事业,现代奥林匹克运动的蓬勃发展从根本上决定于对奥林匹克人文精神的倡导和颂扬。多种场域博弈力量的失衡导致奥林匹克人文精神逐渐被形式化和空泛化,逐渐失去其导向作用。奥林匹克人文精神必须表现在具体的奥林匹克实践中,为此需要建设具有人文特色的奥林匹克文化,加强奥林匹克人文教育,发挥国际奥委会的宏观调控和制度建设职能,调整国民体育发展规划,展开奥林匹克运动的多元图景。Olympic humanistic spirit determines the charm and value of Olympic movement. The boom of modem Olympic movement is basically determined by the promotion of Olympic humanistic spirit. The imbalance between the various competing forces results in the gradual formalization and abstraction of Olympic humanistic spirit and finally the gradual loss of its leading position. Olympic humanistic spirit must be embodied in specific Olympic practice before it can realize its regression. To realize this goal, we need to construct the Olympic culture with humanistic flavor, enhance Olympic humanistic education, bring into play the role of IOC in macro - control and mechanism construction, adjust the national sports development plan and carry out the Olympic movement.
