摘  要:目的:观察三七总甙对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞内钙离子浓度的作用。方法:体外培养人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,分别以400μg/mL和800μg/mLPNS处理细胞,在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察细胞内钙离子浓度的变化。结果:随着给药浓度的增加,和空白对照组相比,各给药组的细胞内钙离子浓度均有所下降(P<0.05),两给药组之间差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七总甙能够抑制人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞内钙离子浓度,并具有剂量依赖效应。Objective: To observe the effect of the panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on the intracellular free calcium contentration in human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in vitro. Methods: The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and treated with PNS (400 and 800 μg/mL concentration). The intracellular free calcium concentration was investgated by confocal lasermicroscopy. Results: Compared with the control group, the intracellular free calcium concentration was inhibited significantly after PNS treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and there was significant difference between the two PNS treated groups(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The PNS can inhibit the intracellular free calcium concentration in human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts with the dose-dependent manner.
