三七总甙对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞内钙离子浓度的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察三七总甙对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞内钙离子浓度的作用。方法:体外培养人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,分别以400μg/mL和800μg/mLPNS处理细胞,在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察细胞内钙离子浓度的变化。结果:随着给药浓度的增加,和空白对照组相比,各给药组的细胞内钙离子浓度均有所下降(P<0.05),两给药组之间差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七总甙能够抑制人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞内钙离子浓度,并具有剂量依赖效应。Objective： To observe the effect of the panax notoginseng saponins（PNS） on the intracellular free calcium contentration in human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in vitro. Methods： The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and treated with PNS （400 and 800 μg/mL concentration）. The intracellular free calcium concentration was investgated by confocal lasermicroscopy. Results： Compared with the control group, the intracellular free calcium concentration was inhibited significantly after PNS treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and there was significant difference between the two PNS treated groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The PNS can inhibit the intracellular free calcium concentration in human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts with the dose-dependent manner.
