摘　　要：目的:探讨闭合复位外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:116例均采用手法闭合复位,72例小夹板固定,44例石膏固定。结果:随访101例,骨折全部1期愈合,按照Dienst等功能评估标准,夹板固定组优41例,良18例,可4例,优良率为81.9%;石膏固定组优25例,良9例,可3例,优良率为77.3%。结论:闭合复位小夹板与石膏固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,均能达到治疗目的。Objective： To investigate the effect of closed reduction and external fixation on distal radius fracture. Methods： Treated 116 cases with distal radius fracture by closed manipulative reduction. 72 cases were fixed by small splint, and 44 cases by plaster. Results： Follow up of 101 cases showed that all cases had primary healing. According to Dienst functional evaluation standard, 41 cases had excellent score, and 18 had good score in splinter group with excellent and good rate as 81.9% ; while 25 cases had excellent score, and 9 had good score in plaster group with excellent and good rate as 77.3%. Conclusion： Closed reduction with small splinter and with plaster are effect on treating distal radius fracture.
