摘 要:目的:观察研究多维复位外固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用多维复位外固定器对57例胫腓骨折患者进行治疗。结果:术后随访4~18月,按Jonhner-Wruhs评分标准:优39例,良18例。结论:多维复位外固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折使固定器与骨折端形成多维立体固定,适合小腿的生物力学要求,为胫腓骨骨折治疗提供了一种既无偏心应力,又无应力遮挡,结构稳固,利于骨折愈合的弹性固定器。Objective: To observe the effect of multidimensional reduction external fixator on fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: Treated 57 patients with fracture of tibia and fibula with multidimensional reduction external fixator. Results: Followup of 4-18 months showed that 39 cases had excellent score and 18 had good score according to Jonhner-Wruhs score standard. Conclusion: Multidimensional reduction external fixator can make multidimensional and three-dimensional fixation between fixator and fracture ends, which meets the biomechanical requirement of legs, and is free from block due to eccentric stress or tress. The fixation is stable, and effective on healing of fracture.
