儿童计划免疫IEC策略在贵州农村的干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的:通过在贵州农村试点实施的干预效果研究,探讨儿童计划免疫IEC策略的可行性和有效性,为进一步的推广此IEC策略提供依据。方法:依据社区干预试验的设计原理,采用定量和定性相结合的调查方法,在干预前后,分别问卷调查2岁以下儿童母亲591例(实施和对照地区分别为308例和283例)和570例(实施和对照地区分别为291例和279例),另外还在干预后的实施地区,对65例7岁以下儿童家长、20例乡村医生和19例村干部进行个人深入访谈。结果:①IEC策略的干预效果主要体现在提高有关计划免疫的知识、态度、行为意向、突变管理能力和社会支持上(P<0.01),净提高率分别为26.86%、9.88%、5.05%、31.14%和15.50%;②传播主体和目标人群对此IEC策略都表现出了较高的接受和认可的态度,人际传播辅以多种传播材料的形式符合当地情况。结论:此IEC策略是有效的、可行的,建议进一步在贵州等西部省份推广此IEC策略。Objective： To explore the feasibility and validity of information, education and communication （IEC） about planned immunity for children, provide a basis for popularization of IEC strategy. Methods ： According to design principle of community intervention trial, 591 mothers （308 mothers in intervention areas and 283 mothers in control areas） before intervention and 570 mothers （291 mothers in intervention areas and 279 mothers in control areas） after intervention were surveyed by a self- designed questionnaire through the quantitative and qualitative investigate methods. 65 paterfamilias, 20 country doctors and 19 village cadres were interviewed. Results： ①The intervention effects of IEC strategy were showed on the improved scores of knowledge, attitudes, intents, contingency - management ability and social support about children immunization （P 〈 0. 01 ） , the increasing rates were 26. 86% , 9. 88% , 5.05% , 31.14% and 15.50% , respectively; ②Both communication body and targets held a welcome and admissive attitude to the IEC strategy. The integrated communication mode using personal communication mainly and media communication assistantly was adaptive in locals. Conclusion： The IEC strategy is effective and feasible, which should be further implemented in Guizhou and other western areas.
