摘 要:目的探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A(PP2A)在正常人子宫内膜上皮细胞增殖期和分泌期的表达及其与细胞周期蛋白G1(cyclin G1)的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法观察9例增殖期、9例分泌期人正常子宫内膜上皮细胞PP2A与cyclin G1的表达,并进行Spearman相关性分析。结果PP2A及cyclin G1在正常增殖期子宫内膜上皮细胞都仅有微弱表达,而在分泌期子宫内膜上皮细胞呈高表达,分泌期子宫内膜上皮细胞中PP2Ac、yclin G1表达呈强阳性的百分率与增殖期相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01);PP2A和cyclin G1在子宫内膜上皮细胞的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论PP2A和cyclin G1的表达都具有孕激素依赖的特点,且PP2A可能参与cyclin G1介导的孕激素对子宫内膜上皮细胞增殖的负调控作用。Objective It is to approach the expression of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) in normal human endometrial epithelial cells in proliferative phase and secretory phase and the relation with cyclin G1. Methods The expressions of PP2A and cyclin G1 in 9 cases of normal human endometrial epithelial cells in proliferative phase and 9 cases in secretory phase were observed with immunohistochemistry method. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze. Results Both PP2A and cydin G1 had feeble expression in normal human endometrial epithelial cells in proliferative phase, while both had high expression in secretory phase. There was significant difference on strong positive rate of PP2A and cyclin G1 expression between in secretory phase and in proliferative phase (P〈 0.01 ), The expressions of PP2A and cyclin G1 in endometrial epithelial cells had significant positive correlation (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The expressions of PP2A and cyclin G1 both have the characteristic of progestogen dependency, and PP2A maybe participate negative regulation action of progesterone induced by cyclin G1 on the proliferation of endometrial epithelial cells.
