摘 要:通过石灰湿法烟气脱硫实验装置,考察了进口SO2浓度、浆液循环流量、钙硫比、吸收塔塔型对脱硫效率的影响。实验结果表明:脱硫效率随着进口SO2浓度的增大而降低;随着浆液循环流量的增大而增大,当循环流量提高到一定值后脱硫率的增加幅度减小;随着钙硫比(Ca/S)的增大而增大,但增加的幅度是递减的;同时吸收塔的塔型对脱硫效率有很大影响。An experiment table of desulfurization by absorption using lime has been built, and influence of the initial concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO2), the circulation flow of mixture liquid being formed by lime and water, the molar ratio of calcium and sulfur and the type of absorber upon the desulfurization effectiveness being investigated. It has been discovered from the experiment that desulfurization efficiency increases along with the initial concentration of SO2 being reduced, increases along with the circulation flow of mixture liquid being increased, increases along with the mol ratio of calcium and sulfur being increased, and the desulfurization efficiency of sprayed absorption tower is higher than the packed absorption tower's.
