摘 要:选用山东电力用煤,研究掺混比例对无烟煤与不同煤种混烧时NO排放的影响规律。结果表明,随掺入煤种挥发分含量的增大,NO析出第一峰值逐渐增大、NO总排放量增大、而总排放时间明显缩短;无烟煤与褐煤混烧时,无烟煤与褐煤掺混比为1:3时对NO的排放会有一定的抑制作用;与烟煤混烧时,当烟煤在混煤中占较大比例时NO排放迅速,峰值较高;无烟煤与贫煤等量掺混时,出现"抢风"现象,此外无烟煤混煤氮转化率随掺入组分煤种含氮量的增加而减小。The power coals of Shandong Province are chosen, in order to make investigation on emission characteristics of NO during the combustion of anthracite coal blended with different coals under different mixing ratios. The results show that as the increase of the volatile content, which of the coal blended with anthracite coal, the first peak and the total emission of NO increases, but the total emission time decreases obviously; while mixing ratio of the anthracite coal and lignite coal is 1:3, there is the inhibition of NO; while blended with bituminous coal, NO releases rapidly as the bituminous coal accounts for a larger proportion, and the peak of NO become higher; while anthracite coal blended with lean coal in the same quality, there is a phenomenon called 'tacking'. In addition, nitrogen conversion rate decreases as the nitrogen content of the fractional coal increases which is blended in the anthracite coal.
