摘  要:阐述了直驱风力发电的盘式永磁发电机的优点,并对电机的结构设计特点进行了分析;设计一台18p、1.1kW的盘式永磁发电机,建立了电机部分模型,对其进行了三维有限元分析与计算,给出了盘式永磁发电机内各部分的磁场分布规律及空载特性,最后分析了磁极厚度和极弧系数对无槽双转子盘式永磁电机的气隙磁密及转子轴向磁拉力的影响,得到一些有益结论。The advantages of disc-type PM generator in direct-drive wind power generating system are firstly introduced and the structure characteristics of it is analyzed. A 1. 1kW 18-pole disc-type PM generator was designed, model of it was established, threedimension finite-element analysis and calculation are carried out. Then the distribution regulation of magnetic field and no-load performance in every part of motor is given. Then the influence of pole arc coefficient and thickness of magnetic pole on air-gap flux density and rotor axial magnetic pull of slotless dual-rotor disc-type PM generator are analyzed, some beneficial conclusions are obtained.
