摘  要:采用侧向注入增容剂和直接混合的方法制备了不同配比的聚丙烯(PP)/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH) /聚酰胺(PA)6共混物,考察了侧向注入和直接混合2种增容方式对PP/PP-g-MAH/PA 6共混体系形态与性能的影响。结果表明:加入PP-g-MAH可以同时提高PP/PA 6共混体系的刚性和韧性,侧向注入的增容效果尤为明显。侧向注入PP-g-MAH(5 phr)的复合体系拉抻强度较纯PP提高了23.6%;侧向注入PP-g-MAH(20 phr)的复合体系拉伸断裂应变大于1000%;PP-g-MAH能有效改善PP/PA 6体系的相容性,提高两相界面结合力,降低分散相粒子尺寸,且侧向注入比直接混合的效果更显著。Blends consisting of polypropylene (PP), maleic anhydride grafted PP (PP-g-MAH) and polyamide 6 (PA 6) with different proportions were prepared by lateral injection of compatibilizer and direct compounding process. The impacts of the two compatibilization modes on morphology and properties of the PP/PP-g-MAH/PA 6 blends were studied by mechanical properties testing, scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results reveal that introducing PP-g-MAH can simultaneously improve rigidity and toughness of the PP/PA 6 blends and more specifically, the compatibilization effectiveness of the lateral injection mode is much more remarkable. The tensile strength of the PP/PA 6 blend containing 5 phr PP-g-MAH added in lateral injection mode is 23.6% higher than that of pure PP. The tensile fracture strain of the composite system containing 20 phr PP-g-MAH added in lateral injection mode is over 1 000%. The introduction of PP-g-MAH is able to improve effectively the compatibility in the PP/PA 6 system, raise the interfacial binding force between the two phases and reduce the particle size of the dispersed phase. The lateral injection mode is much more superior in compatibilization effectiveness to direct compounding mode.
