消光剂在聚氨酯亚光涂料中的应用

摘　　要：介绍ED-30消光剂亚光涂料的配制工艺、组成特性及生产操作中影响产品质量的因素,如消光剂对涂膜光泽、机械性能和漆膜光泽的影响等。将其用于双组分聚氨酯亚光涂料生产中,其产品具有良好的分散和再分散性,放置较长时间后稍加搅动就可重新均匀分散在涂料中,不产生沉淀,用途广泛,市场发展前景十分看好。This paper presents the confecting technology and composition of ED-30 delustering agent, as well as the influences of the delustering agent on the quality of the suboptical coatings, such as the coating-layer and paint-layer shininess and the mechanical property. If the delustering agent is applied in the production of bi-component polyurethane suboptical coatings, the agent is of good dispersibility and re-dispersibility. The delustering agent could be dispersed into the coatings without any precipitation by quickstirring even after keeping unused for long time. The product is believed to be of wide applications and promising market prospects.
