摘 要:激光焊接技术广泛应用于光电子封装领域,它能形成很强的结合力,显示出无可比拟的优越性。但激光脉冲形状设置仍存在一定缺陷。研究了用于CATV的DFB激光器同轴封装激光焊接技术,利用Nd∶YAG激光焊接系统,在两种不同的激光脉冲形式下,对DFB激光器和光纤进行焊接,分析了焊点宽度、深度与激光脉冲的关系。通过推力实验,测得DFB激光器输出光功率的变化大小,验证焊点质量,得出实际生产中脉宽为5ms和2ms、电压为310V和360V的激光脉冲,从而提高了焊接质量和工艺水平。Laser welding technology is widely used in optoelectronic package field, and it has unparalleled advantages. It provides strong joint strength, however, there are some objections in setting the laser welding shape. DFB laser coaxial packaging welding technology for CATV was researched. The relationship between the width and depth of welding spots and the two laser pulse shapes were analyzed by Nd: YAG laser welding system. The optical power change is tested by thrust experimentation, which validates the quality of two laser welding spots and concludes the laser pulse shape in production: widths of laser pulse are 5 ms and 2 ms, voltages of laser pulse are 310 V and 360 V respectively. Therefore, it improves the quality of laser welding and technical level.
