摘  要:给出了采用虚地和反馈等原理实现振荡器设计的方法,该方法改变了设计振荡器的传统观念,不同形式的振荡电路总是可以变成放大器和移相选频网络级联,后经反馈构成。并给出了完整的计算公式和设计过程,另外还对虚地法进行了改进,解决了设计微波振荡器电路难以找到反馈通路的困难。利用该方法成功设计了采用HBT工艺制作的宽带VCO单片电路,验证了该方法的有效性。本方法对设计VCO电路有一定的参考价值。A method of designing oscillators using virtual ground and feedback principle was proposed. The method changed the classic concept of designing oscillators. Various oscillators can be altered to similar feedback circuits composed of an amplifier and a frequency selection and phase shift network in cascade. The formulas and process of designing oscillators were also put forward. Meanwhile, the improved virtual ground method solved the difficulty of finding the feedback path of microwave oscillators. Furthermore, based on the virtual ground and feedback method, a broadband VCO MMIC was designed and realized successfully using HBT process which proved the validity of the improved virtual ground method. The method has some important references on designing VCO circuits.
