摘 要:采用15个微卫星标记,对美系獭兔和苏Ⅰ系粗毛型长毛兔进行了遗传多样性分析。结果显示:在美系獭兔和苏Ⅰ系粗毛型长毛兔群体中,15个微卫星座位均表现出较好的多态性。美系獭兔的平均等位基因数和有效等位基因数分别为4.6000±1.0556和3.5520±0.9703个,群体期望杂合度和多态信息含量平均值分别为0.7067±0.1030和0.6501±0.1050,群体内近交系数平均值为-0.2580±0.0033;苏Ⅰ系粗毛型长毛兔的平均等位基因数和有效等位基因数分别为5.1333±1.2459和3.7506±0.8081个,群体期望杂合度和多态信息含量平均值分别为0.7270±0.0709和0.6750±0.0824,群体内近交系数平均值为-0.2300±0.003。表明两个家兔群体的微卫星座位有丰富的遗传多样性。Genetic diversity of American Rex and Su-line angora rabbit was evaluated on 15 microsatellite markers. The results showed that 15 microsatellite loci were polymorphic in the two rabbit populations. In American Rex population, the average number of allele and the mean effective numbers of allele were 4.600 0±1.055 6 and 3.552 0±0.970 3, and expected heterozygosity and polymorphism information content were 0.706 7±0.103 0 and 0.650 1±0.105 0, respectively. In Su-line angora rabbit population, the average number of allele and the mean effective numbers of allele were 5.133 3±1.245 9 and 3.750 6±0.808 1, and expected heterozygosity and polymorphism information content were 0.727 0±0.070 9 and 0.675 0±0.082 4, respectively. The mean Fis value of American Rex and Su-line angora rabbit were-0258 0±0.003 3 (P〈0.001) and -0.230 0±0.003 3 (P〈0.001)respectively. The result indicated that the two rabbit populations had abundant genetic diversity.
