摘 要:建立了基于悬置元件怠速工况下动刚度的发动机悬置系统MATLAB力学模型。同时由LMS实验模态分析系统测得了发动机实际工况下的运行模态参数,并以模态置信度对其进行了验证。与静刚度模型相比,以悬置元件动刚度建立的模型,其动态参数与运行模态参数更为接近,表明动刚度模型能更好地模拟悬置系统实际工况下的动态特性。A mechanics model for engine mount system is established with MATLAB based on dynamic stiffness of engine mounts in idle condition. Meanwhile the operational modal parameters in real engine working condition are also measured by using LMS experimental modal analysis system and the modal parameters obtained are validated using modal assurance criterion. Compared to the model with static stiffness of engine mounts, the dynamic parameters of the model with dynamic stiffness are markedly closer to the operational modal parameters, indicating that the model with dynamic stiffness can better simulate the dynamic characteristics of engine mounts system in real working conditions.
