摘  要:目的提高人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染的诊断水平。方法对960例临床疑诊HCMV感染患儿分别应用FQ-PCR、CLIA法检测尿液HCMV-DNA及血清HCMV-IgM抗体水平。结果尿液HCMV-DNA阳性478例,HC-MV-IgM抗体阳性206例;二者均阳性191例。478例尿液HCMV-DNA阳性者中,血清IgM抗体阳性HCMV-DNA拷贝数对数均值高于阴性者(P<0.01)。结论尿液HCMV-DNA定量和血清HCMV-IgM抗体联合检测有助于HCMV感染的诊断。Objective To improve the diagnostic level of HCMV infection. Methods 960 suspected cases with HCMV infection were selected , and the urine HCMV-DNA and serum HCMV-IgM of which were detected by Fluorescent Quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) and LIAISON Chemilumineseent Immanoassay (CLIA) respectively. Results 478 eases were positive for HCMV-DNA ,and 206 eases were positive for HCMV-IgM. 191 cases were positive for two indexes. The viral DNA load(logarithmic mean)in serum HCMV-IgM positive cases was higher than those in negative eases (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Combined detection of urine HCMV-DNA and serum HCMV-IgM is benefical to the diagnosis of HCMV infection.
