原发性高血压患者血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1与尿酸水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清hs-CRP及sICAM-1水平与血尿酸水平的相关性。方法选择原发性高血压患者112例及正常血压者110例,采用ELASA法检测血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1及尿酸水平。根据其各自的血尿酸水平分为四组,对不同尿酸水平与hs-CRP、sICAM-I的关系行ANOVA方差分析。行多元逐步线型回归分析。结果原发性高血压患者血尿酸水平、血清hs-CRP及sICAM-1水平均明显高于正常血压者(P<0.01)。尿酸与hs-CRP及sICAM-1水平均成直线正相关。结论原发性高血压病患者炎症反应活跃,血清hs-CRP及sICAM-1水平与血尿酸水平存在明显相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum high-sensitivity protein （bs-CRP） , soluble intercellular adbesionmolecule-1 （sICAM-1）level and urine acid（UA） level in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 112 people with essential hypertension （EH group）and 110 people with normal blood pressure （control group）were selected ,serum hs-CRP ,sICAM-1 and UA level were detected by ELISA. Then were divided into four groups based on the serum UA level. Relationship between the three indexes above were analyzed by ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis. Results The level of Serum UA, hs-CRP and sICAM-1 in EH group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. A lineal positive correlation was found between serum uric acid level and hs-CRP , sICAM-1 in EH group. Conclusion There are positive correlations between serum uric acid level and hs-CRP , sICAM-1 in patients with EH, which may play an important role in the active inflammation of EH.
