摘　　要：基本医疗保险已在全国全面展开,利用药物经济学原理控制不合理的药品费用增长,是保证基本医疗保险向着健康方向发展的关键。通过药物经济学指导临床合理用药,避免药物资源的浪费,使有限的卫生资源得以充分满足广大患者对医疗卫生的需求。With the application of basic medical insurance all over China, the control of irrational increase in medical cost becomes the key issue to the healthy development of basic medical insurance. The waste in medical resources can be avoided and the medical needs of patients can be fully met within the limited medical resources under the instruction of pharmaceutical economics.
