摘  要:目的进一步提高医院CT室的医疗服务质量,实现CT室的规范化管理。方法建立ISO9000:2000质量管理体系并持续改进。结果实施4年来,CT室各项指标逐年上升,患者满意度提高。结论CT室推行ISO9000:2000质量管理体系,提高了医疗质量,减少了医疗纠纷,提高了患者满意度,增强了市场竞争力。Objective To further enhance the medical service quality and implement the standardized management of CT department in hospital. Method Establishing ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and continuing improvement. Result Since the four - year implementation of the system, every index of CT department increased year by year, the patients and clinical satisfaction degree also improved. Conclusion Implementing ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in CT department improved medical quality, reduced the medical disputes, improved the patients satisfaction degree, and enhanced the market competitive power.
