摘　　要：北京奥运会是一个"无与伦比"的奥运会,这不仅体现在取得辉煌比赛成绩上,更体现在给奥林匹克历史传承留下的科技遗产。北京奥运科技遗产保险是多层面的,它的保险是基于风险的客观存在而产生的,是规避风险的手段之一。在探讨北京奥运科技遗产的风险及保险的特殊属性基础上,根据北京奥运科技遗产保险的特性,提出北京奥运科技遗产保险的发展对策。Beijing Olympic Games are one ＂unequalled＂ not only the Olympic Games, this manifests in makes in the magnificent competition progress, manifests is giving the technical inheritance which the Olympics history inheritance stays behind. Beijing Olympic Games science and technology inheritance insurance is the multi-- stratification planes, its insurance is produces based on the risk objective existence, dodges one of risk methods, does not have the risk not to have the insurance. In discusses Beijing Olympic Games science and technology inheritance the risk and in the insurance special attribute foundation, according to the Beijing Olympic Games science and technology inheritance safe special attribute, proposed Beijing Olympic Games science and technology inheritance safe development countermeasure.
